there is actually a FREE dog called meeko, hes a dog that lives alone in a cabin because his owner died, i dont know the exact location but if you go to markath, follow a path that goes west, if you went the right way youll see a dog and he'll run away but if you follow him youll discover "meekos shack" or something like that, talk to the dog and just tell him that he can go with you.
