My brother and I loved this film and watched it over and over again... was gutted when mum gacve it to the childrens ward at the local hospital! Bought it for my brother a couple of years ago on DVD and he was really made up! Fantastic memories =)

Saw this movie in the theater when I was 11 years old, knew right then and there that I was gonna marry Kristy when I grew up, of course as I got older i was more inclined to marry Christopher, but I digress. Kristy was the purest, most beautiful actress of her time. Still Love her today. BTW, I have this movie on VCR tape and the soundtrack on cassette. All you youngsters should look up those ancient terms!!!

Oh how I loved this song in high school! I used my little tape recorder to tape the song off the tv on my cassette tape! Remember those days?! How I wanted to fall in love with the man of my dreams...I am sure that every high school girl fantasized about finding their prince! This was just SUCH an innocent time, and boy did it go fast! Love that Christopher Atkins...

yw, I picked it up back in 2006, watched it for nostalgic reasons then sent it to my friend months after talk like a pirate day as I did tell him he'd bring back the Pirate Movie :) You should be able to find it or special order it from Amazon.

that's how I am too with other movies such as "The Bad News Bears", "Superfuzz", the animated Jack and the Beanstalk from the 1970's and a few other choice picks from the 1980's. I even remember movies such as "My Six Loves" that aired back in the eighties. Pretty good movie night selections on the regular networks back then.

I was born in 1974 so there is only so many movies I remember on basic TV at around that time and "My Six Loves" was one of them. Don't remember "An innocent love", and "Summer Fantasy", but I do remember "Bustin' Loose" and I believe that was with Richard Pryor. The "Benji" movies on TV also come to mind as well and of course all the annoying TV commercial interuptions that came with it :)
