  • Very beautiful film. I liked it.

  • This is very well-done Andy!

  • Thank you, Alex.:)

  • thats some nice stuff over here! :)

  • Thanks, Denny! I appreciate it.:)

  • I need to feature this. It's got wang rhythm!

  • Wang you very much!

  • This is pretty it reminds me of playing Guild Wars... and I love Guild Wars, except the were no monsters!

  • Thanks.:) Wow, it reminds you of your beloved Guild Wars. I'm honored.;)

  • Master Andy, not only are you a special effects wiz but a musical one too! I half expected to see a kitty floating by on the astral plain because the footage had a new age quality about it.

  • .....or is that astral plane? I confess that aeronautics is not my speciality.

  • Don't think I didn't seriously consider the kitty.:D

  • Very cool - I don't have the computing power to use vue or I would in a hart beat. I use bryce... Not nearly the same quality.

  • Thanks, David. Yeah--I used Bryce for a long time, but Vue's output is breathtaking. But if you plan to do much work with it, you have to set up a serious render farm. Wish I had the resources for that.:(

  • Brilliant video Andy!! Alex's bass together with your music sounded great and the animation was beautiful and mesmerising. I loved this!

  • Thanks, Jennifer! I so pleased to hear you loved it. Wow!;)

  • Yup, I second M7, it IS amazing!! You did Alex proud!! One of the better collabs not featuring people, that I've ever seen.. :)

  • Thank you, Rob.:)

  • This is amazing, Andy!:)

  • Thanks, M7! I couldn't have done it without your curly spawn.;)

  • Hm, now that Chris has taken the words right out of my mouth- what do I say???

  • Well, brain is awake but that ain't no guarantee for anything:

    1) The transition from the first landscape to the desert/ steppe-ish part for the zombie walk is brilliant. (I also like how you let the bass mumble on its [her] own in the short bit around 1:20.)

    2) The upbeat drum rhythm for the Love Shack bars in da clouds is mighty fine!

    3) What I like most about it is the break you put before the bass does the sped-up tempo part at around 2:00. We horror-freaks like suspense. :)

  • 4) Can you tell I pay close attention to your work?

I do like it, Andy. Thank you very much for putting me into this wittingly. :) I can't ever grow tired of it.

  • I'm really pleased that you liked it enough to study it so closely.:) I barely knew what I was doing--I just winged it.;)

  • Andy, will you please tell Alex not to indulge in double negatives no more!

  • Ne pas?

  • Andy you did her bass playing proud mate, this is great, I have seen that type of 3D stuff before but only in shorter clips, very very cool.:)

  • Thanks, mate. I see you're up late (or early).:) I'm glad you liked how my parts complimented Alex's bass part. Glad you liked the animations, too. They took like 5 days to render (ugh--it was driving me mad!).:D

  • Im up early today for pain killers (great ah), LouRyder has a test channel called LouRyderWorld, that's where I seen some of the clips like this, well not exactly the same but you get me, he also has a Mac so maybe the software is similar.:)

  • Very creative, Andy! Did Alex know you were making this? I'm always amazed at your work, you know that. This is gorgeous and it was twice the treat, knowing Alex was also present in the music! 5 of course!

  • (The cloud and light work at the end was stunning!!) You da man!

  • Thanks, LC! I kept it fairly secret, although I dropped little hints that I was working on something.:) I'm glad you liked it.;)

  • Ha. The Voice can't keep his yap shut. ;)

  • im just like wtf :D

    but good gfx indeedly doo!!

    Kev

  • Yeah, I know...you were expecting "the voice".:D Thanks, man. I'm happy to hear you liked the gfx, if not the musica.;)

  • Okay, this may be a bit crude, but HOLY SHIT, ANDY!!! That's as eloquent as my brain can be upon first viewing!

  • Aaaw, I know Alex will be disappointed that you made the same comment she was planning on making.:) But seriously, thanks, man--I'm glad you liked it.:)

  • I like it. I really like it. :)

  • Thank you, Toni. I also thank you on behalf of my unwitting collaborator, Alex.:)

  • I'll leave a comment worthy of this tomorrow, when my brain is awake. :)
