Logical thinking, when we say GOD, GOD must be superior than anything else. A Human can't be a GOD, there r lots of disabilities that a Human has. A human needs food, water, shelter, medication etc. GOD doesnt need this.
Ok, Jesus a.s showed few miracles to the people at that time, such as giving life to a dead man (as GOD permitted). The miracles were just to show that he is the Messenger of GOD, if GOD permits, the miracles will occur, if not, it wont. Allah.
