When did I say anything about the 2nd amendment? The 2nd amendment doesn't trump the law prohibiting weapons from a presidential venue, by the way. He would not have been allowed to walk inside the convention center with his stupid toy.

What really sucks about Jersey is you can't buy the cool stuff the rest of america can. I own 2 AK's and 2 AR's, neither of which are registered and are both perfectly legal. Best part about where I live, the authorities really don't give a rats ass what you own as long as its legal. What Alex is saying is true, especially with city cops, bc some of them (even here) are douchebags. Rural cops are just the guys you shoot with at the gun range, and probably own the same guns you do.
