I think it's just back goround music. I've been playing for about 33 years so I would like to think I know what to look for and as you watch everything he does you can tell that the finger movements match what's being played. He is a little choppy in placesand the echo may have masked some of the mistakes, but this kid is good none the less.

I don't think it's a fake. It might be, but i doubt it. I have been playing guitar for quite a while and know this song quite well. He isn't playing it 100% accurately, but it's close. And it's not nearly clean enough to be fake and everything that he's doing is in time. YOu might be confusing the backing tracks in the background, I'm not sure. But what he is doing is matching.
