What software was used for the model and the 3D tour? How long to render one as just a walk-through, without the animated cabinetry?

The file was created with Microspot Interiors Pro. The walkthrough took around 1 hr to render and Export with the Rayshade renderer. The product also has another renderer without the reflections that would only take 5 mins to render and export to a quicktime movie.
