  • Now only if I could fit something like that in my room!

  • Awsome!!! This would be sick with Grand Theft Auto..

  • i played in that in las vegas... it was SOOOO boring maby with a better game but it was so disoryeting if you run, you cant stop the ball wont slow down, you have to walk up so your not just walking forward... i almost fell, the glasses you wear are so tiny you can hardly see the screen... worst way to spend 30 bucks in vegas let me tell ya

  • X BALL 360

  • lol finaly i can hump pepole in child friendly games

  • The funny thing is that it costs about $250 to make the damn thing

  • @XboxLlV3

it was on shark tank they said it cost 15,000 to make

  • how are you supposed to do dive rolls in that thing

  • This is what xbox 720 and the ps4 would look like except I would much rather use glasses for the virtual effect and a controller so I dont have to keep moving around the place especially in small areas where your limited in space. Controllers I think will live forever even if we move closer to 360 virtual reality.

  • this was last year, why hasnt it gotten any further D:

  • I want one. Now.

  • Oooh id pay so mutch for a viritual reality zombie survival game

  • 35 k to play in a ball? ridiculous, just stick to the controllers with a system and we should be fine...

  • PART4

-an omnidirectional treadmill(to enable full body functionality in a fixed position) -so gaming experience would feel more natural -an alternative could be to be slightly suspended in a harness with shoes that have ball-bearings or omnidirectional wheels attatched to bottom -although this would feel really un-natural in comparison to the omnidirectional treadmill id imagine it to be a lot cheaper.

    -programmers/coders/animators blah blah

opinions or ideas would be cool

  • PART3

-having a setup before each game starts for the first time to take measurements of user and for them to specify select movements for specific actions. -in game characters/objects/maps would have to be extremely detailed so as to have a fully interactive real-time experience

-vr920 virtual reality glasses(or something similar to emulate a virtual environment and user motions[vr920 seems to be a favorite])

  • PART2

-would be quite expensive to have a mocap setup in your own home but im sure it wouldnt be impossible to get a somewhat affordable basic setup(maybe 5-20 cameras) -possibility to have a mocap set-up specifically designed for this operation?? -incorporating mocap into a game would be hard because each player has there own specific movements but i was thinking that it might be possible to make a game that records a users specific movements and binds it to an action within the game.

  • PART1

just a thought to have possible fully interactive virtual reality gaming without the use of controllers

    so i think that it could be possible using maybe a combination of;

-performance motion capture(mocap) technology(really specific motion detection[captures;facial expressions, finger movements -markers on tips of fingers could be used as a sort of reference point so that when in the virtual world these reference points can interact with ingame objects}])

  • If you must jump to jump, minecraft would be a pain in this...

  • @narutoandhinata113 it's $34,000 atm :) It'll go down

  • how do you jump and what if your fat ? what happens when you run and the ball dosnt stop do you eat shit? what if one of those flimsy looking plastic support arms break are you just fucked? ill stick with my controler and keypad thanks

  • gta in that, would be amazing.

  • Open Google Maps / Street View while inside of this thing = no life needed.

  • nahhhh put on some mw3 on that hoe and ima b all set

  • Introducing the HamsterMan3000 ladies and gents. In stores 2015

  • i already have one haha stupid fags cant afford 35000 jk i wish

  • Very clumsy and crude. To see a much better way of doing it, which everyone could have at home, do a search for "Virtual Space Movies - an all-round view " .

  • 2 people dont have $35000 lol

  • It could have this in arcades.

  • I want 1!!!!!!!

    ...or2

  • how would a car work

  • @MrDavidX96 that's a good question...

  • i want 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ...or 2

  • Come on let's do a 360º headshot in that stuff!!!!!

  • Soon at your local arcade !

  • This is how invention goes:

    (1. People think on how to do it for a LONG time.

    (2. One guy single handedly invents a simple way to do it

    (3. We all feel like idiots

    (4. We re-invent it in the future and call it our own products

    (5. We all enjoy like no one got ripped off.

  • oh my damn, that idea was on shark tank and they turned it down. THOSE FUCKING DOUCHES.

  • I HOPE I CAN LOSE MY VIRGINITY IN THIS GAME

  • i'd rather play paintball

  • Sucks!!! The future is...fall asleep and get in the game!

  • I think if you took this and added the full motion body suits they use to create life like CG, with a better looking extremely high impact head set, you could have full on VR simulation. Like you could roll on the ground, jump, dodge, climb, swim, ect.

  • @ThePyroEffect I would enjoy that LOL make me cum without touching my dick lol

  • @runescapehacker4556 that would be sweet!

  • graphics sucks

  • I really don't like the ball idea, since it makes walking awkward and running much more difficult. It's a great start though. Check out the omni treadmill, that looks promising, albeit more expensive.

  • I've tried to buy it but i have had no luck on a response,,, I've e-mailed called and called and I have not received any answers!!!!!! pretty frustrating!!!!

  • imagine a virtual sex game..

  • @ThePyroEffects LMFAO

  • @ThePyroEffects Just go have sex fucking weirdo

  • i just got hired today to operate this thing at the excalibur casino whoot, thanx JC

  • the worse background laughter ever.

  • with this shit, people will evolve into hamster.

  • Wow this is only 65 pounds. I was expecting it to be more. makes me wonder how sturdy it feels. I almost feel that a big screen monitor/projector would be better to play with than goggles, but then you wouldn't be able to see it well through the cage... quite a conundrum. Goggles are just way too crappy right now for anyone to bother with in my opinion.

I think a series of like 8+ conveyer belts (in a octagon/circle) plus a big screen would work better for now.

  • i saw the makers of this asking for money on the show shark tank so they could start marketing less than a year ago looks like they are gonna be a hit but at the price most can do nothing but dream of owning one still love the progress

  • end up with geeks being stupidly fit lol

  • future of mmorpg's Dot hack// is inching closer to reality.

  • looking at this is awesome.

What if Virtusphere, Kinect (Natal) and PS Move worked together that is what i call perfection.

    Thumbs up if you agree.

  • Now this is a 360 that i would enjoy playing :)

  • good for people who want to lose some weight

  • Now this... is a real game...

  • So this sphere paired with the unreal engine should be badass but it's probably got at least another 5 years of development before it's actually not glitchy as fuck

  • Advantage: a good workout while pwning n00bs. Disadvantage: fat people. lol so slow and already tired.

  • how do you jump?

  • haha iam going to vegas!

  • So if you hit a wall in game, you keep walking in real life? Err...

  • its a glitchfest

  • i always used to think of something about this. like a plastic ball u go in that has screens all around you and its 360 and your able to run. not 35000 dollars worth it though.

  • The future of people! We will become Alien killing HAMPSTERS! [That's not necisarilly a bad thing either.]

  • yeah all it needs is some type of bb gun that shuts you when you are getting shoot in the game lol 4D

  • The future of FPS gaming.

  • We'll be hamsters.

  • some people wouldn't be able to fit in there lol

  • It wont fit on my room LOL

  • i need one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i dont think that would fit in my house :) looks EXTREMELY awesome, man that looks like it could change gaming, halo reach would be SICK on this thing

  • @bobfreeman814 it surely would, with that, you can actually feel like your fighting the covenant, by shooting or stabbing someone from behind

  • @bobfreeman814 do you want to pay 45000 for this?

  • @jessinlord Hell no, The most I would pay for it is like $5,000 and I think it might be a while before that happens

  • @bobfreeman814 Probably not although a lot of people do have 12' ceilings and 10' are very common so they could probably get the 10' ball in a lot of homes if they designed the stand to be shorter. and an 8' ball in every home. I don't see why this can't be sold for $1000 or $750 (about what a treadmill costs) or less in the near future.

  • @bobfreeman814 yeah we could fall on yhe ground and they think were dead and then we grab them

  • 35000 wtf shit i make my own just look into wiiremote technology and reversengineer it little bit and then reverseengineer treadmill

lol there youy go and its just abaut 200-400 euros lmao XDXDXD

  • @bobfreeman814 it won't even fit in your backyard?!?!?1

  • @bobfreeman814

Yeah but you'd have to be filthy rich to get it -.-

  • looks really cool and if they start putting it in arcades that would be awesome!

  • @strack9421 Of course, first go to the arcades, and as the price is reduced, will be installed in homes.

  • @strack9421 that would be terrible the line will be so dame long but it would still be epic

  • when do they come out!?!?!?!?! i want one so bad!!

  • @tricia9902 They are only at shitty amusement parks in California or something.

  • i want one!
