Why should he? He is not a scientist he's reporting what the scientists say. There have been debate after debate at scientific meeting on this subject for over 3 decades.

Every single alternative explanation has been discussed and shown to be wrong. Every objection to the AGW theory has been shown to be false (including the talking points Moncton likes to bring up).

We are now arguing about the details (like tropical temperatures, storm rates, glacial melt rates, tipping points, etc).
