@rakiema1 those features are not exclusive to europeans (middle eastern and Hindu people have them in abundance), they simply have more people with those features. Lot's of Europeans have very flat noses, actually, and many east asians have natural pale skin and double lidded eyes (about 50% of Han Chinese). Don't mistake frequency with exclusivity. Some Asians have natural blue eyes, due to mutations like occular albinism.
@rakiema1 I'm Chinese. My ancestry is Cantonese so I have natural double-lids and pronounced features. I'm almost as pale as white people though and I can't tan at all.

@rakiema1 No I don't look European at all. It's just that southern Chinese all usually have double lids and pronounce features, especially if one is from Canton. I'd say we look like a mix between Northeast Asians and Southeast Asians.

from what i can tell the surgeries are for the nose bridges... the tips of the noses are fine, but the bridges or lack of a defined bridge tend to make the face look flatter--but apparently it's a very subtle thing. lol.
You dudes already know that having surgery is a crime against heaven. Surgery is required to people who had history of burns, skin cancer, even soldiers who lost their legs is required for surgery. For the sake of economy, you can do surgery as much as you like as long as you have money.
these people already have good shaped noses to start off with. Unlike people like me who have short flat noses... usually those noses are hard to do surgery on and even after surgery those short noses still look terrible.

@RainMan52 , I think she had a pretty before nose. The only thing dr. lee done for her is lifted the tip of all the girls nose. From the fontal view, you cannot see any difference. Only from the side profile you notices what he did. I think it is a waste of money.
