The .45 Special wasn't used terribly often, and the Blockbuster was retired after Punk fractured his skull, I believe.

Jesus, I've never seen half of those moves before. If the WWE had any sense, they'd have let him keep most of those. I know there's health and safety, but apart from the Punkhandle Driver and the Pepsi Plunge, surely there's no problem with any of the others? I know he uses one or two still, but the .45 special, Devil Lock DDT and Corkscrew Blockbuster would definitely make him more exciting to watch.

Punk does use the Welcome to Chicago backbreaker a lot in WWE, mostly in big matches though. And I do remember seeing the Pepsi Twist in ECW early on, I think to Shannon Moore (not totally sure) and the Devil Lock DDT too a few times. But Punk can do most of his moves but he is the one that makes the call because none of the moves in the vid are "outlawed" in WWE. It's like with Danielson and some of his submissions are too much for some guys to handle.

@Mist27 he can't use the Pepsi Plunge in WWE for another reason, professional courtesy to Triple H... if Hunter did a pedigree off the top rope it would be a HUGE spot, that is unless CM Punk was already doing it on TV every week. If you go to another company where an established star uses the same or similar finisher, you need to find something different. The only time CM Punk could possibly use it would be in a feud with HHH for obvious psychological reasons.

I willin to bet money he'll have a new finisher this year. GTS isn't as effective anymore, and the Anaconda Vice will only receive so much pop. What's bad is, all of Punk's moves are set-ups, and WWE is really gearing towards unexpected finishers that can be done at any time (i.e Rock Bottom, Stunner, RKO, Spear, The Big Punch, etc.). Shining Wizard's been and is being done to death now. I hope that Devil's Lock DDT becomes his newest finisher, that thing looks brutal!
