That's the thing i can't, It does appear that R&B is dead, as you said the likes of people such as Avant, Bobby Valentino, mary j blidge are all gone, What happened?
I think some old school R&B needs to be re released in order to kick this trend off again, People are to quick to talk about drugs, killing one another or the girl they had last night It must make them automatically hard or something as half the times i don't understand whats actually said in the songs

I liked Joe alot too. In my ipod I have nothing but R&B and maybe a lil rap here and there but nothing extrmely violent. Now with R&B is all about sex I hate that.

@banginhottienum1 Yep i too have a bit of joe on my play lists, this is the type of stuff i and everyone around me loved, The annoying thing is this was only what 3-4 years ago? Something needs to be done, We wonder why kids join gangs and think it's good to sleep about at young ages, I blame the music they listen too. I can't see gangs being made from songs like this. We'll have to get an online petition going to make these singers aware they are wanted.
