Great MOVIE! I was probably 9 or 10 when I first saw this, but WOW, were those two HOT! I remember seeing the older sister in "The Last Starfighter", but don't really remember either of them very much after those two movies. Will have to IMDB em! But this was hands down my favorite part of this movie!

Yeah, the first time I heard it I knew something was off. That girl's voice does NOT sound like Cyndi Lauper's voice, I listened to the original again. They aren't the same, even the backtrack's different. But it'd be easy to miss! I've just listened to that song too many times... Probably too much for my own good :p

I wish they used the real Girls Just Wanna Have Fun... The one by Cyndi Lauper herself... This cover version's almost as bad as the one they used in the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun movie! (G...I...R...L S!) damn that was a bad cover haha I guess Cyndi was just a little too expensive for teen flicks.
