Israeli government is so hopelessly incompetent. This project should have been running years ago, and it is behind schedule and if this is how they would behave, then businesses should have been warned so that people would not suffer from the failure to keep a schedule. Whoever was in charge of publicity for this project has damaged many people and should suffer for it.
