  • FINALLY, something from the Hmong community that looks promising!

  • Although I do not know what sort of 'powers' Yashoua may have, if any, it appears to be *very much* like The Crow.

Not that this isn't a good 'movie'. I honestly don't know. But it *could* be considered "plagiarism".

  • oooooooooo excited to see!!! is it out yet i wanna buy!!!

  • hey who is that guy on 0:45...?? He looks like this one chinese actor from the movie Yang Warrior....Can I get another pic or clip of him..?

  • interesting.....

  • i see you took out the MPAA intro. probably good for legal issues. the trailer doesn't quite introduce the plot of the film. just seems like you're throwing bunch of clips out. i don't understand who the main character is at all or what the film will be about. looks like some people fighting and some struggle, but no clear, define plot.

  • ill take any challenge to the next step and give it all i got ,can't wait to work with the whole crew again. the whole team was what made it possible and good. we can only make ourselves the best we can be just don't be shy....

  • Right on man. Kep it up and you'll get your chances, if not with me, then with other movies.

  • Who's that guy on 1:18? He doesn't look like hmong. Looking attractive though. But anyway.. This seems interesting but I look forward!

  • That's Saikong Yang. He's Hmong.

  • Why is it that the only good actors in these type of Hmong movies are the antagonist/bad guys? For example in the movie Gran Turino, Sloane's younger brother Sonny was the only hmong actor in that movie who showed flawlessness - good expression, charisma, and originality. I'm not trying to sound bias or anything, but Sloane and his brother Sonny are the only Hmong actors thus far who I believe will make it alive in Hollywood. The rest of the cast can learn from Sloane and Sonny. Trust me!

  • Sloan was very good as Gorilla in my movie, I agree. However, I would love to see what he is capable of outside of playing a badguy. I would love to challenge him in a role that is outside of who he is. Are they the best Hmong actors? I don't know. There really isn't a way to judge it because they've only had small roles. I believe Sloan learned quite a bit from the cast when he was on set, so you could even attribute his wonderful acting skills to them... and of course to a great director! Hehe

  • The only hmong person is good in that movie was Thao Vang Lor In that movie. All the rest aren't good at acting.

  • Seems kind of like The Crow. Looks intresting tho. I wanna watch it but I live outta state. When is it out on dvd? =)

  • It will be playing around the country so look out for it in your neck of the woods. Will be out on DVD in the summer 2010.

  • Whats it rated?

  • I guess if we are to estimate by the MPAA ratings, it would be rated R for the violence, language and mature themes.

  • I didnt notice there were going to be mature themes. The action attracted me.

    Thanks for the quick response.

  • There's no nudity or anything. Just in case you were wondering.

  • LOOKS FUCKIN NICE, NEED ANY SONGS? lemme know!

  • Thanks man. We'll let you know if we still need more music

  • it's alrite
