I love this video. Thank you for your tips. I agree with them and love the one about weighing daily and the books too. Maybe I missed it, but how often do you exercise and what type of exercise do you do regularly?
I loved your tips and esp. the one about weighing daily. Everyone I talk to says "dont weigh daily, only once a week". Even my dr says weigh once a week. But I weigh daily so I can see what factors cause me to lose or gain & I wont be upset at the end of the week if i dont always lose. Its usually only a 1 or 2 lb difference every day but ultimately the scale goes down over time. I know it takes 3500 cal to gain so i know its not actual weight im gaining but fluids/foods not yet eliminated.

I don't know if you have looked through your uploads and noticed this but your attitude and personality come trough ( to me) sooo much more in your later videos after you had the surgery. Do you think that it was totally a result of having the lap band? It just seems like you have ten times the "pep" in your step.

One word for you REFRESHING!!! You are refreshing. Thank you thank you for your honesty. You are so right about the small goals. This is a life changing journey not a race to the finish. For me I have to have a plan that I can succeed at daily forever. Not something so extreme that I will be left unsatisfied and that I cannot sustain for the long term. Thanks for the tips.

Thank you, thank you. Seems like you were personally talking to me. I'm a slow loser too and often get discouraged 'cause I don't drop wait like others. I just recently understand that I can't deprive myself because then I fall way off point. I mean lke gain 5lbs in a week, very bad. Your tips are the best for me to be successful. Writing these down to review daily, again thanks for your honesty!!!

Thanks girl for all the great tips, and the info, I can relate to that scale, it's mandatory that I weigh myself everyday, in the morning, and in tjhe evening, to see the difference, the little bit of food/water that I eat how it impacts my weight, and about not! depriving myself, with foods, it's about portion contgrol, and nowing my limits on all foods, good to see ya, and you look great, take care and best wishes.
