  • It did work for me, I worked out really hard in the gym, and tried to eat alot of carbs, gained like 9 pounds in a month. It's really hard for me to gain weight so this was great stuff.

    1.) Of course eating junk food and being lazy can cause weight gain. But this is how to gain weight the healthy way, not the unhealthy way

    2.) Although in the vast minority, some people do want to gain weight. They don't like being perceived as a "walking skeleton" and being too thin is also unhealthy

    3.) It's not easy for everyone to gain weight, like for people with certain illnesses or those with a fast metabolism
