ok, this is sad. my question is this, have any of you ever swung your kids around by their arms? or even by their legs? If you accidently let go and they got hurt, would you want to be criminally liable because you were having fun and accidently let them go, or even hit there foot or hand on a door or whatever? It was an accident, unless proved otherwise. I think this was painful for all involved and I know I would as a good christian, forgive the woman and move on in life even if its sad.
