And yes, this is Yunho's voice. It can't be Lee Ji Hoon's because their vibratos are different. If you listen closely, you'll realize Yunho's vibrato has a deeper bass than Ji Hoon's. Overall, Ji Hoon's high notes are lighter and brighter too, compared to Yunho's. Telltale signs like his chuckle and 'da~' at the end also gives him away XD
