Not that I'm a fan of Penn State, (far from it!), but the title of this clip is misleading. I saw one student wearing a "Harvard" sweater, but I didn't see any indication that the students being interviewed were actual Penn State undergrads. I've never been on the Penn State campus so I wouldn't recognize any of the buildings or landmarks, but I have a feeling that this skit (or whatever it is) is not a "Gov' Trivia Quiz at Penn State." (Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.)
See, people aren't really THAT stupid....sure, only about half can name the three branches of government, but Jay Leno must troll through a ton of people to find morons who can't answer "Who fought in the Civil war?" or "Where is the Panama Canal?" -type questions.
