I'm assuming you are talking about the impossibility of getting big with workouts that do 20+ rep supersets? Well.. yeah, that wouldn't really give you much size. But you have to realize, he's training dudes that are ALREADY big. I base my bodybuilding workouts off of workouts like these, mostly off of Branch Warren's, but I modify volume and rep sets for both my body and for ranges that affect growth. You can't watch a video and assume if you do exactly what they do you'll be the next Jay.
I'd like to know how long the rest between sets are...I'm not saying I can squat 315 for 20 reps yet, but most anyone can with practice. Doesn't mean they will get the same results. Genetics is it...everything else is secondary besides the food,supps, and drugs that push your genetic potential. I haven't heard Oscar say anything much it seems. I dunno maybe I'm just being a hater. I'd like to see Oscar talk about the science behind his methodology.

Anyone can chuck 5000mg of test in their arse and get results on almost any system going, but I would love to see Oscar deal with a natural bodybuilder using this bullshit. This video is just a big f**king advert marketing another load of useless shit to exploit kids out their pocket money. No morals.
