I spoke to them at the studio. They said they were making final changes to the album so it will be out in the next six to eight weeks.

Will see them again at the Georgian Theatre too, can't wait.

i like the band's style, but honestly, i would much rather listen to someone like Nightwish.

It's just something about the lead's voice; I think it's just a bit too nasally...

the singer would be better if she would force some more power out I keep expecting to hear a pick up but it never comes. she just needs more power I figure she's in the band cause she's married to the other johnson either that or they are related in some way not because of talent. Though there is room for potential is she would just let loose.

I like her voice, but I agree she's not very talented. But then none of the other band members strike me as brilliant either. None of them strike me as actively bad, but I don't find them overly remarkable.

I can't see how you can say she is not very talented on the strength of a couple of songs and that she is possibly related to another member of the band. Based on what I hear, she has good control of her voice, no "duff" notes and although not a soprano, has a very good range especially in the lower register. I would love to see what else they can do!

And while the production and/or sound quality aren't great, this IS a recorded track, so you can't exactly say that maybe she was just having a bad day.

Reasoning for your comments are contradictory.

When you can see them live and perform a full set (as I am going to do) then you can make overall comments on "talent".

I really haven't much reason to believe she isn't.

Though with some artists I can tell they're great even after listening to only very little of their work; this isn't the case here.
