this witchblade series are probably my favorite anime ever. right next to dragon ball and neon genesis evangelion. but witchblade takes the cake even though it has only 25 episodes. just love it.

That was a seashell? I always thought it was the core crystal of the Witchblade. Masane tried to stop the Witchblade from jumping to Rihoko by self-destructing with it but enough survived to be able to regenerate itself.

And since Rihoko thought it was from her mom she would keep it close to her and then the cycle would continue. You know, make the bittersweet ending a bit more bitter.

It's sad, quite really. All she wanted was to have a normal, peaceful, happy life with her daughter with no troubles. But the Witchblade changed all that. She,indeed,is cool when using it. She's almost invincible. But at the same time, it's sad to see her go through all this. I respect her

this is why the most people like witchblade cause the characters feel so real, they have such real emotions and the bearer herself is so brave! I love it.

But this trailer sucks! The song and the way its edited... not even 10 min of work :S

Yeah, the drama and emotion of Witchblade is so raw you'd actually think they were real. I also admire Masane's character immensely. She truly loves her little girl and will go to any lengths to protect her and ensure her future (and who can blame her? Little Rihoko is so cute!^_^)
