I followed my idols idea, and now i also learned that i can achieve a similar pump without weights. Check my channel lol ... for those that don't want to ... try doing this: 30 rep bicep curls, but with no weights :D , simply flex and do 30 reps for both arms. The trick is that you flex throughout the whole exercise! and the slower you do it the bigger pump ...now try that with weights.NOW I can now feel like coming outside of the gym also!
