I hear decline bench press gives ya man boobs so wut does incline and normal flat benchpressing do? I want to know the best way, plz some1 respond, i need some1 who knows wut their doing cuz i dont
Is there *really* any significant resistance in those "band flys"? Gimmick IMO. But I do like the general idea of the bands as an ultra-portable piece of workout kit for travelling.
@flyketo dude you need some squats, and lunges, 2 reasons: firstly, you dont wanna look like some vain wannabe, having the whole package is better :) and secondly, if you work the biggest muscle groups (hamstrings, quadriceps and glutes) you'll generate more testosterone naturally, improving the results you get from the rest of your workout, get them in there and you've got a pretty good workout, i'd switch your second abs day to legs and do a little ab work at the same time perhaps.

@aaacc2031 Could be many things. First go t your Doctor to make sure it is nothing serious and then once he cleared you it will probably just be muscle pain. BUT go to your Doctor to find out!
@aaacc2031 Sup man, I had the same thing, i went to the doc, worried, he told me when you start to exercise your body produce more acids, so it could be a heart burn, yea i know, i know what a heart burn feels like but this was different, but he was right, he gave me something to control the acids and a mussel relaxer and i was fine. If the pain goes with your heart beat, its serious, i would also say chest pain is not something to take a change on, rather go to the doc.

Monday - Abs exercises. Tuesday - Chest. Wednesday - Fat burning exercises.
Thursday - Biceps,Triceps and Back.And on Friday again Abs,but other different abs exercises than on Monday.
