  • we need more videos like these .. i learned how to put heads on now haha jk but this was seriously a great video for noobies that are in the session of learning how to put a motor together im 19 years old and did the exact same thing for my 68 302 in my 67 cougar .. videos like these make me wanna o outside n rip my motor apart just to have the fun doing it again thanks for the video !   • Why did'nt you put the heads on when the engine was out? You didn't rebuild the short block?

  • Great video. I have a '68 XR7 with a 302 I'm going to be rebuilding soon. It'd be fun to do the same thing.

    Out of curiosity, how did you mount the camera? Seems like it was nice and out of the way while really going a great job of capturing the detail of the work.

  • It was mounted in the upper part of my neighbors garage, facing downwards, except for the last part :P
