DB is very simple instead ,no deep-theme are hidden . just take those u mentioned ,or Berserk ,or hokuto-no-ken (1983 ,and my favourite ) , there are so many ways of enjoy them ... i liked DB in my teenage ,it's great , but surely not the best manga/anime , trust me
