Man, this was bad. I did Bujinkan for a while (3 years) and there is nothing in this that would have been past first level yellow belt techniques.

Why does anybody do a demonstration of non-integrated single techniques?

I train in Taijutsu and I dont like this, its like watching a machine doing the same movements over and over, son it seems you did not learn well in Japan since you are just mimicking the movements you were showed and not exploring the possibility's and possible henkas. Also the backwards handspring your doing is to much of a backflip not enough back bridge so your going to much up and placing to much tension in the back it will break one day if this continues.

@LinkxFAN12, and @ HIRE2HACK Do a search on google for a Bujikan class. I did a search, and found one about 20 mins from my house. And yes it does work, but is not publisized like MMA, or other types of marshall arts, because it is aimed to mame, or kill your attacker.

If by "this stuff" you mean the choreographed demonstration style moves shown in the vid, then yes, it works to demonstrate physical skill.

If you mean "this stuff" = bujinkan budou, then yes, the real (non-demonstration style) moves do work to protect life.
