  • just fyi im about a 30-32 inch waist and i had a hard time getting this rig to fit tight around me. i actually had to do some cutting and modifying the waist strap to get it fit tight enough. the chest area with the shoulder straps is a bit wide for me. again i am a smaller guy but when shouldering my weapon i have a bit of interferences getting into my natural shooting position when standing (i like to squeeze my elbows in). great rig though as far as quality and comfort.

  • thumbs up for SIG!!!!

  • at 11:40 what scope was that ?

  • I just bought this for my dad for christmas. Hahaha

  • The webbing on the shoulder is for mounting tourniquets or VIP strobes

  • will the built in mag holders hold ay mags

  • This video was what fist turned me onto the condor gear. Thanks for showing me some cheap but effective gear Nutn.

  • I have the one similar to this but without the sternum area. I love it but I use it as a limited response "grab-n-go" vest. Something I would grab for a minor emergency where I won't need a full load out like I have on my Blackhawk full vest. This I can stick in the safe with 3-4 AR mags and 3 Glock mags, a knife, flashlight and multi-tool and be ready for something that might only last a few hours to a whole shift if need be.

  • my modular operators plate carrier had a cordura license tag

  • WHERE DO YOU BUY YOUR STUFF?

  • I've been looking for the exact one that you used in this video, but the ones I have been seeing have the buckle for the waist strap in the middle, and not the 2 buckles on each side for easier release. Do you have a link or know where the exact same rig you used can be found? Thanks

  • i need tan half finger gloves..do a review on those

  • did you tactical talor the mag pouches or are those different mag pouches

  • Would these fit a 6ft 6in, 260lb person?

  • nutnfancy: have you tried the Condor OPS Chest Rig ? Its a $25 rig in 1000 denier cordura. Kind of reminds me of the BFG ten-speed chest rigs.

  • Do a review on your Tru-spec nutn!

  • would this be good to airsofting??????

  • @zaos22 I personally say yes. I run a Condor molle plate carrier to play airsoft. And plan to use it for my real steel when I turn 18.

  • you giys are lucky i live in canada and we cant have blackhawk gear kinda random but the holster reminded me

  • haha winnie

  • LOL @ This is a good rig!/This is an alright rig! About 4:45

  • LOL @ This is a good rig!/This is an alright rig!

  • lol I thought condor was mainly for airsoft... oh well!

  • what mag holders do you use for your extended mag for your ruger 10/22?

  • do u have any women who are part of the TNF team who can give you reviews on chest rigs? having a large chest i find the only ones that seem viable are the "low riders". if you dont have any split tales rocking the field training with y'all can you recommend some good low ride chest rigs? ak 74 and sks if u can. Tactical Tailor MAV, 2 Piece & Eagle Chest Rig, Universal/SKD Version seem to be top runners for me. big chest w/short waist. sux 2 be me:) love the vids. ty for ure hard work.

  • @highonimmi ime sorry...tnp team. i was looking at finding some type of rig for an sks with stripper clip instead of magazine. i found a deluxe rifle chest harness with 10 large pockets - Each holds up to (2) SKS 5rd mags or (2) 10rd stripper clips, or 10-18rds of rifle ammo. i guess that will do for now. but, trying to find anything resembling a decent tactical molle supported pouch for 7.62 x 39 stripper clip style ammo approach is a tad disheartening. thanks again for all u do.

  • what kind ogf pistol holster is that i really awsome

  • anyone have any ideas for a sniper chest rig? precision rifle chest rig?

I need a set up for a sniper challenge.

  • Isn't it hard to get armor if you're a civilian? I've never seen anyone selling (except eBay) civilian-available body armor (it's illegal in just about all states). I want armor, but it sucks.

  • Perfect, a super light weight rig so that I can run circles around the guys who carry plate carriers with extra crap on them :)

  • Comment removed

  • do you Like the TRU SPEC one or the CONDOR one better?

  • Have you looked at the Pantac chest rig at all. very similar to the Condor one but they use, at least to my knowledge an experience, UTX buckles and licensed CORDURA fabric. quality is outstanding but the price is about $50 more, which is kind of a downer.

  • dude - fantastic review of this product. thank you for this.

  • nutnfancy would this fit me? im like 5-3 and im 14, i have a rra elite opratier ar 15, love the gun but dont like caring the clips in my pockets, im pretty skinny would it fir?

  • @giovanniboydbonanno I'm 5'9" and 160lb, its loose on me. It's better when you have it fully loaded with mags, but its a loose rig for little guys like myself

  • @tjs0110 oh okay thanks man. i guess ill keep looking round then, got any suggestions for one that might fit my size?

  • @giovanniboydbonanno If you have a little more money lying around you could spring for a tactical tailor chest rig, they're very nicely constructed and very modular, but they do run on the expensive side. Alternatively you could just look for a chest rig of some sort, because a chest rig is little more adjustable than a vest. You could also remove the buckles from the condor sides, use a hand rivet tool to rivet in some holes where the buckles were, and run paracord that you can just cinch down

  • @tjs0110 thats a good idea unfotinly i dont think i can afford anything at the moment with other things going on i need to suport my falcorny hobby aswell as armourments and rigs. thanks for ur input tho im sure i can find some money around here and invest in some sort of rig. anything elce u sugest?

  • @giovanniboydbonanno Though I can't speak for them from personal use experience, I know that blackhawk makes some pretty inexpensive chest rights for AR that might be just what youre looking for. Check botachtactical or some similar sites that Nutn has referenced in the past

  • Great shout-out to airsofters! Not that many real-steel guys have much respect to airsofters, but like you said: in a well organized mi-lsim game the only difference is that you aren't being shot at with real bullets - the mental and psychical punishment is almost the same.

  • Nutnfancy,

Which Tru Spec LBE are U showing in this video? Can U send me a link or part/model number?

  • Nutnfancy,

Can U or do U have a review on the BlackHawk Enhanced Commando Recon Harness?

  • i like your points nutn i play airsoft all the time and i just bought a Condor MPC should get it in a few weeks but the guys i play with are good and some are 13 to 14 and though's are the young'st and there taking out some of the old'st guys playing on my team and even my little bro who is 11 gets me so its all about what you do in the game your gun and gear can contribute too but still dont say anything if you have not played good point nutn

  • How open is the US Forces to wearing personal bought kit on deployment? Only few things I've heard is No no for Dragonsin and outside the wire for under armor clothing as they were melting in some wounds.

  • im 5ft9in 130lbs do any of u thank it would fit me??and would it work as a run n gun rig for the ak 47??

  • How do you mount the knife to the back of the rig?

  • How do you mount the knife to the back of the rig?

  • Love the reviews man. I was thinking about scooping one of these up they can be had for like 30 bucks or so now. Kept thinking to myself its gotta be too good to be true but a few other reviewers and yourself had great things to say about this rig.

Think I'll be getting one for a first rig.

    Thanks

  • intro music was SWEET

  • could you please drop anotations on guns and sights used in the different clips you through in.

-thanks for the great vids nutnfancy

    MJB

  • Dude it really ticks me off with all the gear that we are supposed to wear as an Army soldier. They need to simplify a ton of the gear, it's just to much.

  • Just please tell me youve been to real war aswell.

  • Condor gear is garbage dude.

  • @bmil69 I disagree dude, i have a few of their items, such as their tactical range bag and their tactical rifle bag, good price and good quality, price is not always an indication of quality.

  • @pontiacmaniac2

Ive had a few of their rigs, and theyre garbage. Under even minimal use they literally fall apart. One rig, a copy of an MBSS, literally had the straps break. These items are made for the airsoft market, not real combat. Even then, these rigs are considered to be fairly low end. The material rips easy and doesnt take long for it to start falling apart at the seams. Its worth it to save up money for actual gear and not chinese copy crap.

  • @bmil69 Well i have had good experiences with their gear, i am sorry you have had a bad one.

  • @pontiacmaniac2

guess thats what i get for actually USING their gear, ya know, using the drag handles (they rip off, learned that the hard way), MOLLE webbing (rip off as well, who knew?) and my favorite: buckles breaking seemingly at random. I in no way abuse my gear, but Condor is not durable in the least.

  • 07:10, what ear protection is that? brand and model please. thanks!! keep up the good work

  • @gipeenuts He just did a review on them, check it out.

  • Any other airsofters/gun enthusiasts?

  • I see the sig p226 you have in the vest. Is it KJW If so, do you like it?

  • @NorthAirsoftDivision its not KJW ,couse its not airsoft.

  • @NorthAirsoftDivision These are all real steel firearms. No airsoft here. Of course, the gear he reviews will work with airsoft guns and such all the same.

  • @DutchLionKNVB Oh. Since condor makes alot of airsoft gear, i thought it might be airsoft.

  • Would you be able to carry a standard hip holster with this rig?

    Thank You.

  • Hey Nutnfancy, how did you attach your Nutnfancy Project acu name tag to the front of the chest rig on the sternum area?

    Thanks

  • @chaserampage In highest probability it's velcro

  • @rulz95OGS95rulz I thought that might be it, but I recently ordered one of these and when I received it there’s no Velcro on the front of the rig. The only other thing I can think of is that he has stitched it on a piece of Velcro to the molle webs.

  • condor stuff is good for things like airsoft and paintball where it wont be under so much stress like in real combat, now being an airsofter myself i use condor and they are actually pretty good brand and get the job done for me, but i do plan on buying better quality gear once i serve, but for right now condor is good, and its a decent price, you get good stuff for what you pay, besides i cant afford much stuff yet, i dont have a job :(

  • Nutn - confirming something you mentioned in the video, you do not recommend wearing a backpack style camelbak with this rig?

  • Remember that Pantac and FLYYE Industries create the 1000D cordura version of the RRV.

  • on the subject of those smaller pockets on the chest, I'd love to stick my gerber clutch in one of those

  • You were talking about interference...

Doesn't that chest mounted pistol get in the way of your rifle magazine extraction?

At 27:10 it seems to be right above the magazine, even touching it.

  • You realise you can get an integrate-able camel-back for that design of LBE?

  • Nice vid! Brought up some great points! Never thought of you as an airsofter, even if you don't play now. As an young airsoft enthusiast I realise that you get to the point where you have to say hang on a min, this aint the real steel world, but that doesnt mean that airsofters dont want reasonably priced high quality gear. I know for a fact that in the UK at least (I cant speak for the rest of the world) have a great respect for those guys who do the real thing day in day out!

  • hey nutn i was wondering about your opinion on the camelbak delta 5 tac vest hydration integrated iv been eyeballin it for awhile now seems like decent quality

  • Nutn- I can only afford one LBE , I was looking at the condor modular chest set. with hydration carrier built in ...can you review it ? or have you already?

  • Hey lucashaus, I think this is what your looking for, it's a Blackhawk Serpa platform ambidextrous.

    Have a good one!

  • Hey Veri or Nutn'... What is the plastic/kydex chest rig you use for horizontal pistol attachment to the chest in the molle strapping? I have been googling all kinds of stupid words trying to find it because I don't know what to call it! It is driving me nutzs! Please let me know if you can.

  • @lucashaus Blackhawk Serpa.

  • Nutnfancy, thank you so much for uploading this video, i got one about a week ago and it works perfect for my AK-74 set up

  • airsoft is one of the main training for going into the marines the place i go is runned by a marine commando pretty high up eh ?and he playes ever time he has over 23 year served in the marines

  • does you have any videos on the rig shown at 3:24?

  • the snaps on the bottom are to shorten the bottom panel so if your a little on the short side you can button up the bottom row

  • i play airsoft and i am the squad leder for a squad of 10 peopels an i am 16 years old and we beated the norwegia army when we played 15 of them (the leader of thear squad oferd me a jobb i the army) and it is becouse i have played airsoft for 10 years and i am doing god whit real guns and the airsoft have helped me achive that, i cant aford lots of amoe therfor i play and trein airsoft. it helps you whit real guns

  • @thekiller0673 - Just a suggestion and no disrespect, I'd suggest you learn to spell and to use proper grammar.

  • Hey Nutnfancy, can you show us your full WROL system please? Like if you were on patrol or if you had to hike somewhere.

    Thanks

  • Wow, you need to check out the Flyye Gear WSH Chest Rig vest, it looks sweet, and is 60 bucks. Says that they use legit cordura and all that, so seems like a sweet deal! Thanks for the review.

  • Nutnfancy, take a look at Flyye gear.

  • me and you both have the same knee problems.... it sucks i can speak for you..... it sucks!

  • thanx liked ur review

  • Condor has already changed up there line of chest rigs. This one is longer available at Condor. They do have a similar one with camel back hydration attached to there new rig system.

  • @idrobinhood Truth I do have the new one. Outside of having the do how the straps wrap around the buckles to make it fit tighter I have to say it is a great vest. I'm 5'9" 165lbs. Mostly leg in height so it should be perfect for guys with a longer torso.

  • Does anyone know in which video Nutnfancy explains his Levels of Tactical Load outs? He talkes about them in minute 6:13 of this Video. He says he made a nomenclature video but i have not been able to find it as of yet. Any help would be great.

  • What is that holster? Anyone want to give me a tip?

  • @frailcolin The holster is a Blackhawk Serpa level 2 retention on a quick release mounted to the molle attatchment. I have a Serpa level 2 concealment and it is probably THE best holster for awesome retention, and fast draw as well.

  • @frailcolin Blackhawk Serpa

  • The difference is condor is mainly made for airsoft and paintball. But this is a cool video to see it used for real mil.

  • So has voodoo improved as well?

  • @ThaTJuStSuXs Either Tapco, or bulgarian Circle 10

  • Love this rig...rides very comfortably and holds everything i need.....its awsome.....got it from PFI using the nutnfancy discount code and they had exelent customer service....i also decided to add some puches and a condor micro fleece....its worth it just because of the price...affordability, affordability, affordability....gotta love it!!

  • Also i was going to run armor on mine but then my province (British Columbia, Canada) banned the wearing and owner ship of any body armor. Fucking Liberals is all i have to say about that.

  • Just an FYI this is a Eagle RRV replica/copy. I have a copy made by a Chinese company called TMC which is hella quality (1000D cordura etc) but the color is a bit off, slight lighter. If the condor is the same quality as mine i recommend it!

  • i have this vest!! its good for airsoft. wich i do bc im 14 and cant own a real gun yet but i got a question. where did u get the pistol holder?? i like where u have it and i want one like that. thank u

  • @liteduke72 That holster is a Serpa, and it probably wont fit your airsoft pistols though.

  • love my black one

and i love when you do cheap crap (oops ment stuff)

  • i have this vest for airsofting

  • Just got my soft shell and I love it and even non tactical friends of mine a drooling. thanks for the breakdown in the other vid. Condor sure has changed for the better

  • Nice review... planning to get one...

  • How many rigs do you have? I've seen the reviews on 5.11 plate carrier, 5.11 LBE vest, crossdraw etc

  • @lalew2 Alot, i dont know how many, but hes got alot.

  • yeah, I agree on most of your review, but I'd rather buy a Pantac Plate Carrier. Its 1000D Cordura instead of 500D. Yes it is a lot more expensive, but worth every penny. by the way, I noticed your SERPA holster, does the gun have to be full sized to fit in the holster? I'm buying a Desert warrior 4.3 1911, but it has the 4.3 instead of the regular 5.1 inch. I'm not sure if it'll fit or not. and thank you for making the point about "tactical gurus".

  • @MattPictures13 - is this the desert warrior hi capa model?

  • Nice bit of kit there.

    $40 is a nice price.

Nutnfancy, what did you do to your knee dude?!

Get some pads on or is it the fluid-on-the-knee deal?!

    Keep on rockin' bro'

  • who makes the mag pouches? are they condor brand too?

  • hey where do you get those vocrel patches??

  • 21:26 hey what kind of knife is that?

    thanks

  • @pesarirooni62 Spyderco Pacific Salt :)

  • @BitFox thanks friend :)

  • @pesarirooni62 I think its a spyderco aqua salt, but dont quote me on it.

  • @pesarirooni62 Just seeing the handle I would guess like a SOG or Cold Steel, didn't get a good look at it though

  • hey man great review and thanks for backin up the airsoft guys im glad you think its super fun and a great game and ur right about condor being perfect for airsoft i own a chest rig, thigh holster and molle leg rig and they serve their purpose very well in that setting. Anyways thanks for the morale boost and what do u think of HSS gear?

  • im all for people ( and myself) practicing with air-soft or paint ball (or air ball!)... but i personally have a problem spending the money on a "fake" firearm. some of the better air-soft and paintball guns are just as expensive as real firearms!

  • @MrAsundstrom There is no way im going to spend 1250 on a Ego 11. LOL or 750 for a G6R

  • Professor Nutman: once again another great video... how do you do it?

My father introduced me to rifles when I was 9, and my grandfather gave me his Springfield model 1903 rifle that I hung in my bedroom as a kid, still have it.

  • NOOOOOOOOO PAINTBALL IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!! i loooove paintball so much i dont care what anyone has to say about that cuz i looove paintball!

  • Flyye and Pantac both make copies too, better QC too.

The DBT FAPC with no plates, is around $89.99 from DBT them selves, it really isn't THAT expensive.

  • Nutnfancy, I am an airsofter and gun enthusiast and you made a great point about a lot of the "tactical gurus." My dad served in the Army Reserves for 20 years and he's recently started playing airsoft with me. Often times a group of about five guys show up in full Navy SEAL gear and they brag about how they practice and know all these tactical maneuvers oh and they made fun of dad because he was in the Reserves. Let's just say they got smoked by a 53 year old with old BDUs and an ALICE rig

  • @CovieCommander LOL awesome comment! Go dad!! -- Veri

  • @nutnfancy Yea well, practice what you preach, which is one of the reasons I really like TNP. I've never heard Nutn say something is garbage without a good explanation. Keep up the good work!

  • @CovieCommander ha ha ..smoked! good for him!

  • Comment removed

  • @CovieCommander I love your point, man The thing with me here is that who needs to give a shit about a Chinese vest and a Cordura vest, man if it does the job and is affordable, get it! PS. I am also an airsoft player and gun enthusiast and i don't have a lot of money

  • @GregComesInPeace Yea, I actually use a surplus German web belt with extra pouches that was around $40 to complete and hold 12 .308 G3 magazines. I use it for airsoft and real gun shooting with my dad, it's actually quite good and I'd rather have it than something made in China though

  • @CovieCommander Ah, sweet victory. I see this in paintball oftentimes as well.

  • @CovieCommander

Shut up commie bastard, your old fart didn't bring you up the correct way.

  • @SturmKorps Troll? Anyone with a name like "SturmKorps" is probably a fat bald neo-nazi wanna be in his mom's basement eating hotpockets and being mean to people on youtube to make up for the size of his tiny tiny "rifle".

  • @IVSpod

You are a idiot, if any fycking communist comes to me I will speak my mind like that to him, I have no respect for mental midgets.

Neo-nazi? I'm sure you didn't even visit my channel.

  • @SturmKorps I've never been called "a idiot" before. I still believe you're a wannabe neo-nazi judging from your name. Why don't you go read a book?-One that isn't written by Hitler or Glenn Beck. Communism is an ideological choice, while I agree that Communism is an unacceptable form of government, someone who accepts it's merits is not necessarily a "mental midget". The "mental midget" is the person who wont accept the fact that Communism may have some positive merits.

  • @IVSpod I guess in your little brain everything in German is "NATZI", what a fucking idiot.

I read alot, I have read all the works by Marx and Engels, I have no respect for Nazis, Fascists, or right now, communists, they fall in the category of unacceptable slavery. Everytime I see a communist, I speak my mind, because I feel by doing so I'm doing the correct thing, because I love my way of life and I don't like any idiot that thinks I should do this or that or convert to a religion.

  • @IVSpod

I am a new American citizen, I came from Mexico, and it makes me sad that people in the US even think about such ideas, I respect everyones free speech, that's why those people WILL HEAR ME.

  • @SturmKorps I'm an ardent supporter of the first ammendment, I believe everyone has a right to say what they think. However, I think that your version of speaking your mind alienates more people than it incorporates. Calling someone a "Commie bastard" wont make them change their minds about their ideology. BTW: welcome to the United States. I urge you to reconsider the way you approach the first ammendment, having the right to say whatever you'd like doesn't mean that you should always do it.

  • @IVSpod

You know what you are right, I did that because I was trying to make a discussion, In real life I would probably just move on, but this is the internet.

  • @IVSpod Guys just stop. We don't need to hear it. Take your silly argument elsewhere

  • @kctess5 Issues been resolved. Sorry.

  • @IVSpod is your country ''free'' ?

  • @TheJaaysog nope.

  • @CovieCommander you have an awesome dad.....I'm old school army too.

  • am i the only 15 year old who watches this....and if anyone is wondering why is a 15 year old watching this then ill say, because they are very interesting and this might be helpful in the future say the us collapses or something like that... keep up the good work nutnfancy!

  • @Jose04811 i'm 18 and i watch his videos for the same reason. i don't plan on joining the armed forces, i don't plan on having to defend with myself with a gun or a knife, i don't plan on being trapped in the woods and needing to have gear that will help me survive. but i want to be prepared because this information could help me in case of emergency. i always carry a knife on me, just in case. and the US is getting more and more unstable so i will want to be able to survive if it falls.

  • Hey Nutnfancy! What brand of open top M4 pouches do you suggest?

  • Pantac is a good company, they have relatively low prices also.

  • I like my condor cross draw vest. I have many hours in it and no fails. and NOT in paintball nonsence. I like that I have room on the back to add more pouches, it fits good and snug or as loose as I need it to be to wear over coats or balistic vest. I like the 4 mag pouches, they fit my AK mags nicely, and the 4 pistol pouches are nice. Do I get in fire fights daily? nope. But for what I need now and might need in the future, it works. If I need better, I will just take off a dead guy.

  • What’s wrong with you lassepdsn? Watch the vid and listen closely! He is not recommending it for hard, day to day combat use. He is saying that he had a hard time with the manufacturer and still does! So why don’t you just step aside and let us enjoy what TNP is offering us FOR FREE!

  • I hope Nutn will put that video with Yebache talking about Magpul sling!

  • Nutn, this Condor "LBE" is a knock off of the Eagle Industries Rhodesian Reconnaissance Vest.

On the Eagle version (and exact replicas such as Phantom, Pantac, and Flyye) they include features such as back carrier integration, and different plate pocket sizes.

On the EI RRV, it has fastex buckles on the bottom of the shoulder straps, so they don't get in your way, but you can attach a back plate, or a EI MAP pack.

They also come in different sizes for different plate sizes. (SM, M, L, XL)

  • These are some of the things that condor did indeed miss.

Now, I also would like to say that I like condors product, but then again I don't.

I think that they get knocked more then they deserve, but there are better repro companies, such as Flyye and Pantac, Flyye being more around the same price.

I think you did a good job reviewing this particular carrier setup, but there were some points I personally think you missed.

You could have added points about EI and their original design of the

  • carrier.

I also think you could have talked about the possibility, and negative and positive aspects about wearing soft armor or even a separate armor carrier underneath this, like some guys do.

    And my final two 'responses':

When you said the folding down comment about the top of the carrier, thats part of the Rhodesian kit. It wasn't originally designed for access to pockets, just as a way for a more low-pro HSLD kit.

And finally, the top pocket I believe was intended for maps, and papers.

  • Thanks for the video, and the review on Condor's stuff.

I think it was a good job, and hope my comments weren't look poorly upon, was just making some points that I thought of while watching this particular video.

    Thanks,

  • hey Nutn, how about a comparison video of chest rigs vs. vests? something like a pros and cons, what works for what scenario etc.

  • Was that the TruSpec RACK???
