WHAT?! IT RESTORES ALL HIS HP?! That can't be. He restores HP at the start of each of his turns. Regeneration couldn't possibly heal HIM otherwise the player's guide or the game or SOMETHING would tell us.

hadouken has been in megaman X since the FIRST, megaman x game. for the snes. in x 2 they put in shyouken. both killed any enemy in one hit. but were hard to use.
