Girl I can NOT get enough of your hairstyles!!!!!!! You ROCK it!!!!! Let me ask you this...my daughters hair is long as well as super thick and naturally curly. I was wondering in order to get it straight could I use hair gel? I have "short and sassy" hair gel which is AWESOME (it's super thick so I have to use water to thin it out or else it'll make her hair look awful). So with all your awesome hairstyles could I use this and would it make a difference with or without gel?

@PurpleSatin1 if her hair is super curly, the hair gel might help it stay laying flat better. Try it both ways one day and see which works best! Most of my styles still work with curly hair--you can try wetting it down before styling. That might help the curly be a little tamer too!

@supereg1234 If the knot is too far up the hair strand it won't stay put. Try making the knot down further. Or try wetting the hair a little. Or a bobby pin.
