If he were terminated improperly, he would have a multi million dollar wrongful termination suit against the state of Alaska! The fact is that even the partisan legislative inqury found the termination to be proper!

It's not exactly alleged. The government of Alaska did an investigation and determined that she did in fact break ethics laws in using her power in a family dispute.

actually it IS alleged because the board found that she broke NO LAWS. The report of the findings are slanted to make it appear as though she did something improper. First of all, that ethics code, not LAW, is in no way related to the firing of Walter Monegan. Not only is that code vague and ambiguous, but it could be argued that anything an acting Governor does would violate that ethics code! That code states that you must "improve standards of public service" Now if a cut in the budget necessetated a cut in services, she would be violating that section of the same "ethics POLICY"

There was no such legislative partisan investigation against Obama for his illegal land deal with Tony Rezko. He thinks because he was caught, and gave the money to Charity that was donated to his campaign, all will be forgiver. Rezko is facing charges while Obama is free and clear in the eyes of the media and Democrats alike! LMAO
