  • 4:14 Haha, you don't need make up ;) and Thanks for this video! I got a sample of these when I got my new toothpaste and needed some better help than the lame sample instructions that it came with that only said "put it on your teeth for 30 minutes."

  • @Scottwashere24 Glad I could help out! :)

  • You seem so personable! I really like you & your video however I was hoping you would show us exactly which side of the strip has the gel on it cause i can't figure it out!! :(

  • @thepnkgurl1 Awe thank you! The side that has the gel on it is the side that is actually stuck to the clear backing. So when you pull the strip off the clear paper, it's the side facing down (you don't actually have to touch the gel side when you remove it). Hope that makes sense! :)

  • My coupon and strips were on the same side of the box haha

  • @sw4mp3rt Ha! :)

  • Ok for new people on these strips they work very well. That is if you know which box to buy. I bought the professional effects at Walmart. Cant remember if its $40 or $50. Anyways, after finishing a box, after 10 treatments it just popped in my head. I dont have alot of money to spend on these things so, call me cheap if you want, but I didnt see ANY reason in fold the strip behind your teeth. So I cut each in half. Applying ONLY to where its visible. Good luck peeps.

  • @dominicanto17dr Thanks for sharing the tip! :)))

  • i really dont know which ones to buy, i'm going to buy some of the whitestrips but do not know what type to go for, can you help me out please? :D ps your video was a really great help! x

  • @LittleMonster194 Thank you! I really like the Crest Whitestrips Advanced Vivid, they are in my opinion just as good as the professional strength Crest Whitestrips. I got the same exact results from both, so I'd rather save money and go with the Advanced Vivid. :)

  • Is. It okay if you leave it longer for 30min like overnight ???

  • @JonathanSarabiaTV Honestly I wouldn't reccomend it. The gel seems to dry out/solidify around the time you are supposed to remove the strips (30 minutes). The directions say not to use them in excess of 30 minutes. I would reserve overnight use for bleaching gels that can be purchased from your dentist's office, those are specifically formulated for 8 hours (overnight use). Anything longer with the Crest strips may also cause extreme sensitivity around your gumline.

  • @JonathanSarabiaTV do not use it overnight belive me , once i did and i woke up morning , and my teeth were in soo much pain u cant imagine i felt like taking my whole teeth out :/

  • @MrGaucho1010 Thanks for the update - I can imagine it probably felt terrible!

  • Should I brush my teeth 1st use the strips 1st?

  • @jeffnorris55 It is recommended to brush after using the strips. Also, there is usually a small amount of clear gel residue left behind from the strips and brushing will take care of that as well.

  • Great tip on folding it then tracing it, I'm gonna do that from now on with my crest strips 3Ds. Thankyou

  • @MissShortieDiva Thanks! I'm so glad it helped you! :)

  • @LashChronicles thanks a lot for reply.. i laugh at 6:42

  • @morningstar000 I have these as well. They are really meant to be used to touch up once in a while following a complete bleaching cycle using Crest Whitestrips. Basically they help maintain the effects. Used alone (without fully bleaching first) you may see a very slight difference, but no where near what you would see using the actual whitestrips.

  • These pretzels are making me thirsty!!!

  • ur purty :P

  • hi! can u eat right after u take it out+?

  • @Iridalism Sure you can! :) I'd just recommend rinsing or brushing your teeth to get the clear residue off first before you try to eat anything.

  • Thanks so much for this video! I just got a pack of the Advanced ones and I'm anxious to try it.

  • @timetoflytothecheese Thanks for commenting! I hope they work out well for you! :)

  • Do you brush your teeth before?

  • @0099ddaavviidd I usually brush after using them, they do leave a bit of a clear gel residue. The instructions recommend that you not brush your teeth just before use.

  • I've used both kinds as well, and I can't tell the difference between the effects, either!

  • @visceralanding I'm glad I'm not the only one to notice lol! Thank you for commenting! :)

  • @LashChronicles Yep! I generally Crest whitestrips-it-up once a year (though I could actually go 2 or more since the results seem to just go on and on and on..). Anyway, I first did the Advanced Vivid kind, and then subsequently tried the Pro Effects, and really there was no difference whatsoever...or, wait, I lied. There was a difference in the cost (of ~$10). I also remember comparing the ingredients of each & finding no difference. hmm...Crest shiest-strips! haha, sorry that was bad! *groan*

  • @visceralanding lol I love it!

  • What a great video... I'm on day 2 of using this product. Still waiting to see results, but your teeth are beautiful!!

  • @ankolegal1 Thank you :) If you stay with it I think you will be happy with your teeth too! Just remember to keep the UPC in case you decide they don't work for you. I've never had a problem with them though. Thanks for commenting! :)

  • @ankolegal1 Thank you! Keep it up and let me know how it goes for you! :)

  • I just got the advanced vivid today and am trying it right now. Definitely stays a lot better than the classic white strips (hate those!) but my mouth salivates a lot when I use white strips (or any teeth whitening product. Doesn't matter how much I try to keep swallowing) and the strips are filling up with saliva and it looks all foamy on my teeth. So I don't know these will actually work. ?

  • @Euterpe001 It takes a little time to get used to having them in your mouth. One thing that might help you with excess saliva is wiping the surface of your teeth off first before applying the strips, you might get a better seal if there is no excess saliva trapped between your teeth and the strips to begin with. You'll still get a bit of foamy-ness though, that's normal. :) The most important thing is to keep it up and use them as directed - the hardest part is remembering to! lol:)

  • @LashChronicles Thanks!

  • lol also, u did this review on my b-day

  • @theninjaBarbie1 Oh cool! Well I hope you had a wonderful Birthday!

  • hi, of All the reviews I saw I liked yours the most... I'm 14 yearl old & This will be my first time using this product. any tips? also I have sensitive teeth too..

  • @theninjaBarbie1 Thanks! Definitely try Sensodyne toothpaste, or any toothpaste geared towards helping with sensitivity, use it for about a week before you start bleaching. If you don’t want to use that, wear the bleach strips for the recommended length of time, then skip a night in between for your first few strips until your teeth start to get used to it. You should still have the same results in the end even if you skip a few nights until your teeth feel better! Hope it helps! :)

  • wow ur teeth r white

  • @MrShaniqua111 Thank you :) The whitestrips really do work well!
