I respectfully disagree with this video :) I made myself some rather tight fitting and thin paws, and can type on a keyboard, use game controllers, play piano, all quite accurately :)

Lycans do it quite well... they have finger paws. They are human hands but still can be classified as paws.

Maybe think about going with the lycan paw design.
