probaby a thermal coming from the rocks at that end of the ridge. in strong winds the turbulence is also larger. Looks like he hit the house thermal coming off the rocks at that end of the ridge.
i switched to flying ozone bullets and swing spitfires because of this they seem to be very resistant to this stuff...... i've tried a coulple of sizes of bobcat and i don't find them to be as stable a wing. but they are fast and turn on a dime! ;-)

Yep, that's the trouble with trying to soar speed wings. The wind had to be so strong the turbulence can be savage! ;)

Wow, that's seriously scary. Those things change direction so fast, it's a good thing it was a minor collpse.
