I would've loved to be there... I was so into every match they played, wearing my jersey and cheering like mad. When they "lost" in penalty kicks I honestly died inside... The rest of my week was shit...

Paraguay wasn't and isn't that good. Just like Uruguay they got lucky in the way the "brackets" were set up...... Japan deserved to win and I was sad to see them go. As for penalty shoot-outs being bullshit - You only really hate them if it's your team involved. If you're a neutral, they can be really exciting.

@RoninDave They go bananas and start beating people up, often other hooligans from the other supporters team but also random people that get in the way. Along the way of giving folks random knuckle sandwiches they take their anger out on throw and destroy anything in their path. They love to do this by the way and go lengths to "outsmart" the police so they can do their little "hey look at my penis its larger than yours" dance. Wining or loosing a football match is not whats is important. :)

But even though I am English, I support Japan. I lived there for a little while and I love the Japanese fans.

Japan did really well, so much better than England. Japan played with passion and a desire to win.
