No there's no song. It's a poem which you can find in his 'Book of Longing'. He has a song with the same title but other lyrics. I love his poems a lot. His Book is written with humour, though deep and a little sad, as demonstrated here.

This isn't a "modified" version, in any way. "Thousand Kisses Deep" was written in two parts : the first part was intended to be recited/read, and the second part was intended to be sung. This is merely the first part, as it appeared in Cohen's book, "Book of Longing".

unfortunately there is NO original London version text, because Leonard Cohen loves to change the original text while perfmorming live. For example, he said "You have to be a man to know how it feels" in London, and another time while performing "I'm your man" live in Toronto he changed the line "If You wanna Doctor" to "If You Wanna Jewish Doctor"

BUT...I was once interested in London version, so I created the london version text. It took me few days cause English is not my Mother Language
