Why Ken Schram Opposes I-1098

1098 only taxes 5% on the amount ABOVE $200,000 for individuals, meaning if they make $300,000 only the $100,000 is taxed and it only taxes 9% on the amount ABOVE $500,000 meaning if they make $600,000 only $100,000 is taxed. Why won't Defeat 1098 tell that part? That if you make $300,000 you will only pay an additional tax of $5,000. Vote YES on 1098.

1098 is overdue. People like Ben are part of a group that constantly fuck themselves over out of fear of getting taxed at some point. ben, if we can't ever get the rich people to pay a little more, then its lower income folks footing the bill or those same people just going without the funds for services they utilize.

I admit though, it's hard to give a shit about a public school when you can afford to send your kids to private ones.
