i dont belive tv convinced me to do anything but i know the internet did.... the tv might have helped it a little but internet set it in for me. mine actually is a semi good/bad thing. i am in my schools JROTC program which is a military class and we do what we call exhibition. its spinning/throwing/showmanship with rifles. kinda like what the silent drill platoon does from the marines. i did it before then but i found other things that looked cool so i learned to do them from the internet.
