When you reach a high speed (such as 3000km/h) and you stop holding A your speed goes down much slower than if you're holding A. So basically you stop holding A to go faster than if you were holding A

The WR without snaking in this track is actually faster than this time. Snaking was intended, not a flaw. The Meteor Stream staff ghosts uses it.
