The gun sounds came with another mod. I believe it was TMO. I haven't booted up SHIV in a while so I'm not sure which mod I took them from.

Oh hey, i got this but teh Dorsal fin and that general section will not show up... When i first installed it this wasn't a problem but the guns didn't appear, i unsistalled it, reinstalled it with the update and now that fin section is gone. Ideas?

@mervynsjy It's out now but it will only work in 1.5. When I picked up SH4 it was the gold edition which is version 1.5.

What i am trying to do is get a hotel class submarine for SH4 and be able to use it anywhere i wan like carrer. how do i do that?

does silent hunter 4 come with a hotel-class submarine. can somebody answer these questions. Where is a good download for SH4? does it come with hotel-class submarines? and Can you Drive the Sub?

juz a suggestion... maybe make the torp come out frm the mouth n nt through the top of the sub??

That I have no control over, there is a way to do it but I forget exactly how. I know it has something to do with the torpedo depth and how deep the sub is in the water. If you get them just right the torpedo won't clip through the nose and will still explode by the enemy ship.

the missile launcher raises by itself. But I'm sure you've figured that out by now.

How much ammo does the last weapons have? It it only has 16, you should add more. I like the sub though!!

It has 18 shells. That's all it gets. There are nine slots so you get one load and then a refill. This is a sub after all it can't have a huge amount of ammo.
