  • Also to everyone out there who just think overweight people are just lazy and eat all the time...not true. I workout everyday and watch what I eat and struggle with my weight due to pcos. If you dont know what it is look it up. People who suffer from this know what I'm talking about. But its a constant struggle.

  • @tiefire Aww, I know how you feel. I exercised a lot and still had trouble, I could lose weight but it takes a lot more effort than someone without pcos. There is a website called soulcysters.... it's not on right now... but feel free to visit there when it is. people always ell me that i am lazy... my sister is now struggling with bulimia bc people were hard on her body.

  • I suffer from poly cystic ovarian sydrome. With this weight loss is twice the struggle. I have to literally cut out sugar and its hard to find a diet that works. I've watched all your videos and you look great!

  • I was 155 pounds at the beginning of this year, worked out every day, now I'm down to 110!! But goal is to be 95 pounds so 15 more to go! Cant wait :))))

  • @derickyura Well, I'm on Weight Watchers and the people at my local meetings are so supporative. Maybe you could join a Weight Watchers club near you? Going to the meetings really helps.

  • Hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my brother in law got great Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

  • your goal weight is 155? hehe thats how much i am now..but i am only 5'3 sooooo not so good on my part...over the past two years ive lost about 35lbs because i have a health problem and the medication i take for it makes me not hungry...like ever. somedays i forget to eat, i havent done anything to change my diet OR exercise, but my goal weight is 130:) and i plan on going vegan once the school year starts( im 16) oh and CONGRATULATIONS!!(:

  • I'm so excited I found your videos. I'm 16 and I weight 176. I wasn't really overweight until I hit puberty and its like everything got bigger but my legs. My arms got longer and wider, my boobs got bigger, my hips for bigger, and I gained weight in all the wrong places. I'm 5''2 and I would be okay with losing 20 pounds but I ideally want to lose 40. You inspire me so much! :)

  • i agree with yo 1000% .. i know exactly how you feel .. i hid my fat very well, and i carry myself very well .. but knowing im 195 pounds eats at me everyday. Summer is comming up, and id love to be able to fit into a bikni and go to the lake with friends, but i cant do that. You'll see me there in baggy shorts and a t-shirt. It sucks big time, and i really wanna loose weight, but i find it SOOOO hard.. and i was thinking about takin hydroxycut or some weight loss product, but i just dont know

  • I hate my arm fat too. I've been fluctuating in weight since I was 5 years old, so my arms themselves have such loose skin, it's gross. Ah well, at least my friends have fun playing with my arm fat :)

  • Omg we have so much in common! I'm 18 yrs old 5'8 hispcanic I weigh 190 lbs. but this whole week ive been eating less & lots of salads now I dropped down to 182! When I was saw ur whole body figure we have some similarites (small Breasts) lol. When I take pictures& put them on FB ppl think I look skinny but I know how to hide it well. I hit the gym a lot, lately I been slacking. The only thing I notice is that I have lot of muscle than fat because of genetics.Feel good 2 kno theres some1 lyk me!

Do what you need to do to lose weight.. slowly.. and love yourself in the process. I myself was exactly where you are now when I was 23.. now, at 52, I am morbidly obese.. I mean realllly obese.. and I cringe at how I hated my body at your weight and age. Love it.. please, love yourself. Meanwhile, I am on a comeback!

  • i was 5'6 214 lbs to start out with, gradually i began exercising and weight lifting, and sits*different types* , pounds began to ffly offf, im down to 160 lbs because i eat a smal plate of food, everyday, MUAHAHAHHAA

  • Im 5 11 and 220, almost all of it is thro the middle and but, I have normal size arms and legs ( like a pillow stuck to a toothpick) .With 3 kids, I have next to no time to work out , so im going to try eating more fruit and veggies, and do a bit on the treadmill when I can.Your vids are great!!:)and dont worry about the boobs, im a d cup and i wish i was an a or b, all they do is cause me back pain LOL

I am 4'11, .. i weigh about 130, but they say that technically I am "obese". i am trying to lose weight too. i think they said i should be at about 115. but i have people that say im too skinny at that weight, and then i have people that say that im too big at 130. its frustrating :)

  • i ran 6 miles everyday since april

    but on june 21 i went to the hospital and stayed there until june 30th so i couldn't run those days and i started at 2 miles and now i am at 4 miles

    but because of this heat in the 90s and humid i can't run

    my doctor told me to not run more then 3 miles because 6 miles is too much she told me and i run 6 miles in 70 minutes

    i know how you feel about your weight i'm 120 and 5.2 and i look very fat

    but my doctor says i have a distroted body image

  • You're very pretty. I know how you feel though. I weigh the same i'm trying to lose it, it is possible. I was 45lbs heavier about 3 or 4 months ago and I lost it. I need to still lose about 40-50 more lbs though. Also people who are active do eat alot. I used to eat 5 to 6 times a day and i was dropping weight like crazy. but you still want to stay in the 1500 to 1800 cal zone. Moderation is key. =) Good luck to you. Stay positive and don't get discouraged, you can do it.
