Don't know why they don't manufacture a three shank ripper, or don't have one in place on that machine? Looking at the highwall it lookes like it's hardpan. One more shank won't stall that machine.
It always puzzles me watching your videos,- what on earth are all these huge earthmoving projects taking place, I thought California was bankrupt!! Are they just make-work jobs? Are they for new highways?
@mrbluenun Exactly what anger would you be talking about? I made a joke about Komatsu's typically poor service availability and had someone who obviously is angry call me an idiot for no reason. I haven't been rubbed the wrong way, and like this channel just fine, so why would I go anywhere else?

@alco424 LOL, that was a good smartass comment, I laughed. We have a bunch of Komatsu equipment at work. Seems the local SMS dealer has treated us okay but your point is well-echoed out there. Anyway, my personal experience with Komatus is it is good well made equipment thats always harder on fuel than the competitors, But thats my limited experience in their dozers, and excavators. Anyway have a good day.
