Originally mortal kombat 3, Batman forever,The need for Speed,Tomb Raider,AVP 2,alone in the dark, commando,soulstar x,Earthworm jim 1 and 2,Quake,return fire,soul star CD,T-mek,Wing commander 3, and World circuit were all in design and programming some even close to being ready to be released but all were canceled when atari dropped support for the Jaguar. There were about 70 or more games planned for the system that were never released, if only Atari had been able to hold on a little longer.

If only Atari had been able to hold on a little longer... so we could have got even more outdated, half-arsed ports of Western 16-bit games to point and laugh at?
