I'm a cheap date when it comes to anything with dinosaurs in it. That said, I haven't found any great dinosaur board games. The closest are some miniature "dinosaur hunting" games -- but minis are a bit of a pain to find, prepare and set up.
I hope Melody feels better. Also, where is this Vasel Variant? I couldn't find it on their website. There were a few other interesting ones that would actually make the game more "adult" with bidding and casino type bets on who wins. But I couldn't find your suggestion...
