  • j'ai laisser les boules reposer 20 min,mais ils sont pas augmentés le volume.pourquoi on les laisses reposer alors,sil vout plait?et je m'excuse pour les question mais allah te donnera le tres bon.

  • @yahya670 Il faut toujours laisser la pate se reposer qu'elle contienne la levure ou non, comme ca il sera facile de la manipuler. Ne t'en fais pas demande ce que tu veux :).
