That sounds like viable reasoning. Some studies show potency lasts up to 8 days when reconstituted, from my course I was told use it within 3days. Either way do you think the the reconstituted solution solution will keep longer in the fridge if its stored with the rubber bung on as opposed to in a syringe . I ask as I use a INTEGRATED 0.5ml 30 gauge needle syringe and in order to extract the solution you must use that syringe thus making it blunt for injection.

@jonster55 If you are using an integrated needle I would remove the bung so the needle will not get blunt.
I would then store it in the syringes in the fridge.
I don't think there is any evidence to suggest the Botox lasts longer if it stored in the vial.
Hope this helps- with best wishes.

Im not sure this is right, a majority of experts say you should let the vacuum draw the saline up as opposed to piercing it at the start.

@jonster55
I have tried both techniques with the vacuum on and off and have found that I get less bubbles and agitation if you let the vacuum off first.
Some of our practitioners even take the whole rubber bung off as they feel they can get more product out of a vial.
We have found this technique very successful but I am sure keeping the vacuum on works equally well.
