No, I don't think they meant it to be disrespectfull. You have to admit that it would be funny to someone who dosen't LARP to stumble on that in the park (especially the archer getting chased by the somewhat overweight executioner looking guy). i play in a game like this, such games can be found a cross the country as well as in other countries some of them are linked so when you go to fight you can travel from one group to another and the rules and world histories stay the same.
often on weekends in parks such games can be found if u know where to look. also some groups have camping/overnight events.
Gameing groups can range from 30 ppl to 3,000 ppl where u can then do full out wars. it is a great way to stay in shape have fun & meat cool ppl. I hope if u have seen this video and think it might be fun that u will look in to chapters in your area theres all sorts of gamers out there and this is style of gaming is called a boffer LARP. boffer meaning fome weapons.

No, I don't think they meant it to be disrespectfull. You have to admit that it would be funny to someone who dosen't LARP to stumble on that in the park (especially the archer getting chased by the somewhat overweight executioner looking guy). You could tell that it wasn't anything they would do, but they were polite to that one guy when talking to him later in the video.

I admit it does look funny, hell I laugh at a few of the costumes we come up with. (Yes I larp) The reason most people get mad about it is because some people say its stupid and they don't try it. The guys in the vid are just laughing and at least understand it, and I'd prefer that over them making fun of it any day of the week.

Those people you were just laughing at are some of the best friends I've ever had and some of them are even my family. I even LARP. This game is good exercise and great for anger management and it works. You got an issue with that, come back and lets see how long you last:I don't think you would last 2 minuets out there. i play in a game like this, such games can be found a cross the country as well as in other countries some of them are linked so when you go to fight you can travel from one group to another and the rules and world histories stay the same.

often on weekends in parks such games can be found if u know where to look. also some groups have camping/overnight events.
Gameing groups can range from 30 ppl to 3,000 ppl where u can then do full out wars. it is a great way to stay in shape have fun & meat cool ppl. I hope if u have seen this video and think it might be fun that u will look in to chapters in your area theres all sorts of gamers out there and this is style of gaming is called a boffer LARP. boffer meaning fome weapons.
