Is that an Amora stone or a regular moissanite? I'm new to the moissanite, being a snob about the gross, and annoying snotty green tint that I find ruins it for me wanting one, but your ring looks really pretty and I can see all the sparkling aspects that moissanite lovers brag about. Congratulations, its a really pretty ring and thanks for posting.I am studying moissanite videos when I have the time to see if I can really talk myself into buying one.1 day I want one, the next day, I don't.
@ProudKansan08 Hi, my ring is all unenhanced moissanite, so no, it's not an Amora. I've never ever seen my ring look green tinted in any light. It can have the ever-so-slightest yellow tint to it in certain light, as I said below, but it's quite rare to see and I'm sure no one would even notice if they weren't looking really closely at the stone.
Thanks for the congratulations, I hope that helped!
@saveoursandwich It's from Moissanite Co. and the center stone is 6.5 mm (1 carat equivalent). 99% of the time, it is completely white, but in certain lighting, there can be a slight yellow tint. Like if it's really overcast outside or if the lighting is very yellow. I've never seen it have a green tint in any light, though.
@saveoursandwich I just ordered an Amora enhanced moissanite engagement ring from Moissanite Co. These stones are a bit more expensive than regular moissanite stones, but they are more colorless than regular stones. Regular moissanite is about H-J on the GIA color scale, but Amora's are G-H. You won't get the yellow/green tints in an enhanced stone.
what size is your ring?

@des122682 My ring size is a 9. The size of the center stone is 6.5 mm. I'm not sure which one you're asking about.

Where'd you buy it, and what's the center stone weight? Have you noticed a yellow/green tint at all?
