Definitely not the car, its a hybrid, and a lexus! Can't be loud at all.

Well, that's not necessarily true. If my memory serves me, the 2nd generation Prius produced a very loud 74dB at a 70mph cruise.

Prius is a toyota, lexus are more refined, for example, the ls460l is 1of the worlds smoothest and quietest car, more then the rolls S class or a bentley!
